In your first month, you’ll receive a foundational introduction to the heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration industry. In Month 4, you’ll learn the operation, installation, and troubleshooting of air-conditioning and heat pump systems. In Month 5, you’ll learn the fundamentals of gas, electric, and oil heating systems used in residential HVACR applications. In Month 6, you’ll learn how refrigerant piping systems are designed, assembled, tested, and installed for HVACR and refrigeration equipment, including walk-in coolers and freezers, reach-in units, and split-system refrigeration systems.
